How can I pay for my order and is it secure?

You can pay for you order using Paypal or your debit/credit card.

This site's checkout uses PayPal and Stripe. It is hosted securely through Big Cartel.

Paypal is an encrypted payment method. For more information about PayPal's security measures visit paypal.com. 

Stripe is a secure service that allows you to pay directly with your debit or credit card. Visit stripe.com for more information.


When will my order arrive?

You can choose your shipping options at the checkout. Standard shipping usually arrives within a week if you live in the UK. Next Day shipping aims to arrive the next working day but might take a day longer depending on the time your order is placed.

Orders shipped to addresses outside the UK may take longer. 

If you are in a real hurry for your item then please email me via the contact page.


Can I collect my order?

Yes. You can collect your order from central Leicester. At the checkout select "customer pickup". Delivery charges will be removed and you will receive an email to arrange a pickup time.



Will someone need to sign for my order?

Yes. We send orders by Royal Mail's  "Signed For" service. Overseas orders may vary.


How will my details be used?

I respect your privacy. I only store information required to deliver your order and will not share that information with any third party. I do not store your payment information.


Returns

If your order arrives damaged please contact me via the contact page and I will help in returning the item. I am unable to deal with any returns or exchanges unless you have contacted me this way first.

I am happy to refund your order within 10 days of your order dispatch date provided the item is returned new, unused and undamaged in its complete original packaging. All online sales are final 10 days after the date of dispatch.

I reserve the right to deny returns/exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet the requirements stated above.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. I am not responsible for damaged or lost returns, so I recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase insurance. Refunds for lost or damaged goods returned to me will not be issued. Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, I will process your refund, less shipping costs.
